He was predeceased by : his parents, Barbara Kincaid Oxley and William Dent Oxley; and his brother William Dent Oxley, Jr.. He is survived by : his wife Beverly Harmon Oxley; his sons, Thomas Madison "Tom" Oxley II (Stephanie Lynn Oxley) and William Mike "Spike" Oxley (Melissa Francis Oxley); his grandchildren, Gavin Thomas Oxley, Madison Gene Oxley, Dalton Creed Oxley, Wyatt Dent Oxley, Lainey Brooke Oxley, Lauren Jean Callaway and Lillian Grace Perdue; his siblings, Bonnie Oxley Frommelt, Teresa Oxley Simmons (Jim Simmons), David Michael Oxley (Lisa Oxley), Mark Oxley and Tim Oxley; and his sister-in-law Carol Fernandez Oxley. He is also survived by many in-laws, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
