It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randy Carroll of Oakvale, West Virginia, who passed away on February 24, 2026, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the sacred silence of farewell, Randy is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He was predeceased by: his parents, Maynard Carroll and Iva Carroll (Belcher); his brother Jimmy Carroll; and his wife Connie Carroll. He is survived by: his brother Donald Carroll; and his children, Ernie Carroll (Holly) and Becki Whitlow.
