He was predeceased by: his father Darrell Lee Gillespie; and his brother Brian Gillespie. He is survived by: his wife Tina Gillespie; his children, Kristen Justice (Brandon) of Mullens and Luke Gillespie; his granddaughters, Alexis and Karsyn Justice; his siblings, Dana (Jenny), Kevin, Cameron and Carmen; and his close friend Richard Massie.
