It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Alston Birley of Oceana, West Virginia, who passed away on March 16, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Garnet and Eloise; and his sister Sharon Rogers. He is survived by : his wife Hope Birley; his daughters, Lisa Morgan (Justin) and Lori Stewart; his grandchildren, Jenna Morgan, Austin Morgan (Hanna), Maggie Lovelace (Abe) and Wayne Stewart (Andee Wilcox); and his great grandchildren, Charlie Morgan and Jo Lovelace.
