In loving memory of Charles Harlow Sr. of Ohley, West Virginia, who departed this world on November 29, 2025 at the age of 94. Charles leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. He was predeceased by: his children, Pamela Jo Ross and Jerry Harlow; his parents, William Ruff and Lana Belle Blizzard Harlow; and his siblings, Bill, Jim, Frank Harlow, Ruth Jordan, Edith Marshall, Helen Totten, Ann Buzzard, Marguerite Thomas, Barbara Massey, Evelyn Roberts and Marie Roberts.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie L. Stevens Harlow of Eskdale; and his children, Carol Albertson of Charleston, Charles T. Harlow Jr. of Chelyan, David L. Harlow (Judith) of East Bank and Ricky Gene Harlow of Ohley. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
