She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwood Newton Turley and Rose Anna Bowman Turley; and her sister Patricia Gapp. She is survived by: her husband Randall Leroy Raines; her daughter Laranda L. Baldwin (Tim); and her sisters, Irene Alt of Petersburg, WV, Francis "Pudy" Leatherman of Old Fields, WV and Sue Sager of Moorefield, WV.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel (107 Washington St, Moorefield, WV 26836). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
