She is survived by: her son Douglas Gene Adkins; her daughter-in-law Andrea Adkins of Hickory, NC; her grandsons, William Adkins and Noah Adkins; and her siblings-in-law, Charlotte Adkins and Danny Adkins. She is also survived by nieces, cousins, family, and friends.
