She is survived by: her sons, Leslie Bradford (Brandy), Travis Clark and Chance Clark (Samantha); and her siblings, Danny Callaway (Debbie), Mike Callaway (Lisa), Anita Crum and Linda Blevins. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews along with a host of extended family.
