She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Lackey and Mae Lackey (Copley); her husband Sam Mattox; her son Johnny Bell; and her siblings, Annie White, Nyokia Blankenship, James Lackey and Charlie Lackey.
She is survived by: her siblings, Henery Lackey (Bertha) of Florida, Wendell Lackey of Ohio, Samuel Lackey (Melinda) of Omar, Janet Gillman of Omar, Janice Craddock of Omar and Della Chapman of Virginia. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Collins Funeral Home (5452 Jerry W Hwy, Switzer, WV 25647).
