He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Sr. Kapinos and Virginia Rhodes Kapinos. He is survived by : his wife Du-Wanna "Donnie" Caldwell Kapinos of Ona, WV; his daughter Kristy Kapinos Byrd of Huntington, WV; his granddaughters, Kay-Leigh Byrd and Aubrey Kapinos of Huntington, WV; his sister Marianne Kapinos of Charleston, WV; his sister-in-law Linda Caldwell Chapman (Steve) of Gallipolis, OH; and his nieces, Kelly-Jo McCaulla (Matt) of Bidwell, OH, Mayuko Ashida (Mark) of Lexington, KY and Shayna Chapman of Galipolis, OH. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews and one great-great niece, numerous extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Huntington or the local animal shelter and rescues.
