He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Forest and Eloise Roe Murdock. He is survived by : his sister Deborah; his brother-in-law Steve Lux of Washington, WV; his nieces, Melinda "Mindy" Larson (Dave) and Kristina "Kristi" Suder (Joel); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sonora, Parker, Dashiell "Dash" and Vada.
