She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Brown Vance and Evelyn Marie Vance Wiley (Raines); and her grandson Miles Eli Bennett. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Keith Pennington; her children, Lora Bennett (Terry) of Petersburg, WV and Robert Pennington (Nicole) of Seneca Rocks, WV; her grandchildren, Michaela Alt (Dan), Madison Moss (Nick), Mariah Goldizen (Casey), Joshua and Ashley Pennington; and her great grandchildren, Noah Alt and Miley Kate Moss.
