He is survived by : his siblings, Jessie Foster, Arthur Dallas and Jimmy McKinney; his children, Allison McKinney of St. Albans, Ondraya Shinn (Allen), Jessica Ervin (Kyle), Kellie Gore (John) of St. Albans and Jake Lee McKinney (Wendy) of Marmet; his grandchildren, Riylen Laws, Alexandria Shinn, Lincoln Ervin and Emma Lea Gore; and his sisters, Alberta Williams (Pete) of Seth, Nancy Hawkins of Bloomingrose, Etta Atkins and Betty Davis (Glenn) of Madison. He is also survived by many Nieces and Nephews.
