She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Stephens and Jewel Stephens; her husband Earl Sapp; and her brother Charles Stephens. She is survived by: her stepdaughter Jody Glocke (Brian) of Florida; her siblings, Lloyd Eugene Stephens of Comfort and Phyllis Jordan of Seth; and her sister-in-law Betsy Stephens of Iola, Kansas. She is also survived by two grandsons and several nieces and nephews.
