He is survived by: his parents, Jeffrey Lynn Thomas, Sr. and Kelly Ann Heslop of Morgantown; his daughter Jalayah Nichole Thomas; his siblings, Natasha Alicia Thomas, Justin Lynn Thomas, Tru-Shawn Lynndale Thomas, Jamal Maurice Thomas and Janessa Lauren Thomas; his nieces and nephews, A'Mare, Rayauna, Ramier, Jaeden, Kanaan and Amaya; and his grandmothers, Patricia Ann Thomas and Katherine Mary Heslop. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and cherished friends.
