He is survived by: his parents, William "Charles" Michael Wilcox and Joyce Jolliffe Wilcox; his wife Dawn Wilcox of Paden City, WV; his children, Joseph Pena of Chesapeake, OH, Michael Wilcox (Faith) of New Martinsville, WV and Stephana Vance (Jonathan) of Ravenswood, WV; his sisters, Suzan Thomas (Doug) of Indian Creek, WV, Kim Wilcox of Scenery Hill, PA and Nancy Dotson (Dean) of Indian Creek, WV; and his grandchildren, Bradley, Raelynn, Charlie, Weston, Jasmine, Xavier, Sebastian and Victor. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and other extended family.
