It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Simpkins of Paden City, West Virginia, born in Logan, West Virginia, who passed away on February 16, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his siblings, Diana "Joy" White and Everett Lee Simpkins. He is survived by : his wife Linda Simpkins; his children, Michael Smith (Carey) of Paden City, WV, David Simpkins, Jr. of New Martinsville, WV, Erma Jean Conner (Brock) of Proctor, WV and Belinda Billiter (David "Steve") of Paden City, WV; and his siblings, James "Pete" Simpkins (Bonnie) of Paden City, WV, Jeffrey Simpkins of Paden City, WV, Mary Lynn Brown (Calvin) of Dorset, OH and Rhonda Sue Updyke (Larry) of Dorset, OH. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; two great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
