He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert Blatt and Pearl Blatt of Paden City, WV; his sister Darlene Freeman (Dave) of Friendly, WV; and his daughter Debbie Pryor (Kevin) of Paden City, WV.. He is survived by: his significant other Ida Ferrebee Blatt; his grandchildren, Matthew Pryor (Jennifer) of Ringgold, GA, Rebekah Ruddock (Scot) of Marysville, OH, Sarah Cline (Tony) of Ronceverte, WV, Jordan Lewis (Dayna) of Ellicott City, MD and Wesley Lewis of Barnesville, OH.; and his great grandchildren, Presley Cline, Bastian Pryor, Maximus Ruddock, Riley Cline and Edwin Lewis.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Homes (309 N 4th Ave, Paden City, WV 26159). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Paden City Church of Christ (600 N 4th Ave, Paden City, WV 26159).
