He was predeceased by: his parents, Emerson M. Brisendine and Lottie M. Brisendine (Hunt); and his siblings, Ralph Brisendine, Patricia Hood, Nell Kay Harper and Elanora Brisendine.
He is survived by: his wife H. "Ginny" Brisendine (Seabolt); his children, Richard Brisendine of Paden City, WV, Marsha Watkins (Ben) of Morgantown, WV and Monicia Brisendine of New Martinsville, WV; his grandchildren, Jason Dalrymple, Richard D. Brisendine, Olivia Brisendine, Sarah Albritton, Abigail Watkins and Ross Watkins; and his great grandchildren, Benjamin, Ganon and Zelda.
