He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Cecil and Linda Cecil; and his sister Ellen Goding. He is survived by: his wife Lenor Cecil; his daughters, Missy Clemens (Chris) and Rachel Cecil; his grandchildren, Nora and Ben Clemens; his sister Penny; and his brother-in-law Ed Thomas. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.
