It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Frances Cecil of Paden City, West Virginia, born in Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on September 1, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Williams and Mary Williams (Willey); her husband Robert "Big Country" Cecil; and her siblings, Richard "Dicky" Williams, Gene Williams, Stanley Williams, Thomas Williams and JoAnn Walker.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard "Rick" Cecil (Robyn) of Duffy, OH, Brian "Todd" Cecil (Tania) of New Martinsville, WV and Robert "Robb" Cecil (Aimee) of Savannah, GA; her siblings, Robert (Williams) of Ashtabula, OH, Gary Williams (Edie) of Ashtabula, OH, Dwight Williams (Teri) of New Martinsville, WV, Linda Brown of Mt. Juliet, TN and Helen Reusser (Vince) of Sardis, OH; her grandchildren, Steve Cecil, Ricci Cecil, Evan Cecil, Halley Rohde, Hollee Candido and Brayton Cecil; and her great grandchildren, Dominic Cecil, Lilly Rohde and Luka Fruner. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
