It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melonna Rose of Paden City, West Virginia, born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on December 12, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Bieber and Donna Christie Bieber; and her husband Gary Rose. She is survived by: her children, Gene Rose, Wanda Rose of Paden City, WV and KayCee Rose of Paden City, WV; her brother Robert Bieber (Cecilia) of Belpre, OH; and her pet Foxy.
