She was predeceased by: her parents, William T. Keyes and Jean Keyes (Fiest); her siblings, Mary Barrett, Martha Butler, Carolyn Perry and George Thomas Keyes; and her stepfather Harry Dotson.
She is survived by: her children, Gloria Hughes of Paden City, WV and Earl Glenn Settle of Clarksburg, WV; her grandchildren, Christopher Settle, Brandon Settle and Katherine Settle; and her sisters, Pam Keyes, Anita Carr (James), Linda Arnold and Carol Ann Nutter (Pete). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
