We are sad to announce that on July 22, 2025, at the age of 60, Phillip Clark of Paden City, West Virginia, born in Birmingham, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Terry Clark; his brother Terry L. Clark; and his son Phillip Kent Clark, II. He is survived by: his mother Elsie Clark (Sullivan) of Birmingham, AL; his wife Jill Clark (Price); his daughters, Hannah of Paden City, WV and Brenna Clark of Paden City, WV; and his brother Brian Clark (Tonya) of Conroe, TX. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
