He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Howell (Billiter); his children, Beverly Sidell (Jeffrey) of New Martinsville, WV, Rebecca Cain of Sistersville, WV and Darrell Billiter (Heather) of New Matamoras, OH; his grandchildren, Renee Beaver (Kris) of Sistersville, WV, Jessica Wyke (Jason) of South Carolina and Telise Billiter of New Matamoras, OH; and his great grandchildren, Abigail and Aubrie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
