He was predeceased by: his parents, Junior Johnson and Icie Johnson (McCoy); his granddaughter Hannah Tyska; and his sister Tina Ann Duke. He is survived by: his wife Stella Johnson (Wells); his children, Stehanie King, Jr. (James) of Sistersville, WV, Le Shelmidine (Jason) of Illinois and Charles Johnson of Cleveland, OH; his grandchildren, Kaylin, Michael, Jasmine, Dominic, Caia and Gideon; and his siblings, Ronald Johnson (Kathy) of Paden City, WV, Matthew Johnson (Debbie) of Paden City, WV, Mark Johnson of New Martinsville, WV, James Johnson (Tina) of Illinois and Shelia Johnson of Pine Grove, WV. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
