It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Kay Doty of Paden City, West Virginia, who passed away on November 21, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, James Casto and Ida Casto (Stewart); her husband Larry Doty; and her son Mark Doty. She is survived by : her daughter Meghann Ferrell (Michael) of Charleston, WV; her grandchildren, Amaya and Solomon Ferrell; her brother Ron Casto (Joanna) of Paden City, WV; and her brother-in-law Kevin Doty (Jean Ann) of Paden City, WV. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
