She is survived by: her children, Jerry England (Amy) of Pageton, WV, Allen England and Lisa Tysinger of Denton, NC; her grandchildren, William Tysinger, Robert Tysinger, Jayden England and Kayleigh England; her siblings, Roger Gullett of Roann, IN, Paul Gullett (Carol) of Premier, WV, David Gullett (Sandra) of Davy, WV, Doug Gullett (Chris) of Martinsburg, WV., Juanita Thomas of Silver Lake, IN and Ruby Short of Princeton, WV; her close friend Nancy Barts; and her caregivers, Kandi Toler and Nikki Bryant.
