He is survived by: his daughter Diana Owens (Martin) of Rocky Gap, VA; his grandchildren, Brandi Owens (Nick Eller) of Princeton, WV, Tyler Owens (Jordan Riggs) of Lashmeet, WV, Destiny Ball (Nikki) of Princeton, WV and Brandon Ball (Alicia) of Panther, WV; his siblings, Lois Pruitt (Clyde), Lucille Vanover (Ronald), Imogene Estremera (Michael), Mitchell Mullins (Marilyn), Nancy Lambert (Anthony), Ralph Mullins and Jake Mullins; and his nieces and nephews, Ian Rattliff, Emily Rattliff, Kaden Rattliff and Rayanna Rattliff. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
