He is survived by: his father Robert "Bob" Layne Smith; his daughter Kiliegh Batton; his siblings, Kandi Dent (Mitch), David Hurst (Amber), Chauncy James (Cayla), Carissa Buskirk (Jason) and Chelsea Lafferty (Devin); his aunt Donna Young; his uncle Billy Young; and his friend Isaac Cain.
