He was predeceased by: his mother Louise I. Fleming (Sprouse). He is survived by: his father Phillip I. Fleming; his wife Jennifer Fleming (Ford); his children, Austin Patterson, Ashley Scherich (Neil), Gretchen Fleming, Emma Fleming, James, Ava Strothers and David Matthew Fleming II; his brother Phillip I. Fleming II (September); and his parents-in-law, Larry and Nancy Ford. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
