He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert W. Perkinson and Eloise Faye Bunch Perkinson; and his brother Fred Perkinson. He is survived by: his wife Peggy R. Sereno Perkinson; his children, Kyle Perkinson (Christina) and Kayla Perkinson; and his grandchildren, Pauly and Lily Perkinson.
