He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward L. Parsons and Helen Ross Parsons. He is survived by: his siblings, Rocky Parsons (Lena) of Pittsburgh, PA and Brenda Corbin of Parkersburg; his fiancée JoAnne Collier (Vicki) of Parkersburg; and his fiancée's children, Tracy Baldwin (Steve) and Jeff Wink (Shannon). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
