He was predeceased by : his parents, Wilmer Dailey and Hazel Wigal Dailey; his wife Edna Mae Kirk Dailey; and his siblings, Wilmer "Sonny" Dailey Jr. and Maxine Harton.
He is survived by : his daughters, Cheryl Morehead (Paul) of Parkersburg and Becky Tanner (Kevin) of Washington, WV.; his grandchildren, David Morehead (Michelle) of Parkersburg, Joe Morehead of Parkersburg, Chelsea O'Dell (Travis) of Parkersburg and Devon Tanner (Riley) of Arlington, VA.; his great grandchildren, Theo, Jax, Amelia, Rose, Mason, Marley, Myla and Corrina; his brother Ernie Dailey of Rockport, WV.; and his brother-in-law Tever Boyd.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Leavitt Funeral Services and Crematory - Parkersburg (403 7th St, Parkersburg, WV 26101).
