Eulah I. Harper Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Eulah I. Harper of Parkersburg, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 31, 2025 at the age of 85. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard R. Jenkins and Sarah M. Jenkins (McCombs); her son Robert Harper; and her close friend Larry Wiggins. She is survived by: her sons, Gary "Guff" Harper (Lori), Mickey Harper (Lisa) and Chris Harper (Jody); her grandchildren, Shylah, Bobby (Callie), Dylan and Austin Harper; her great grandchild Hadley Harper; and her siblings, Roger Jenkins and Darlene Jenkins. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
