He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Samuel "Buck" and Julena Bernice Green Moore; and his siblings, Winemiller, Jack Moore, Jerry Moore and Butch Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Deb Westbrook Moore; his children, Fred D. Moore, Jr. (Cheryl), Lori Malcomb (Dave), Michelle James (Tim), Brent Moore and Greg Moore; and his brothers, Jim Moore, Brian Moore and Pat Peters. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren.
