She was predeceased by: her parents, Reid "Mac" McNeill and Gertrude "Bing" Grubbs McNeill; her granddaughter Mya; her great grandchild Levi; and her siblings, Kendall McNeill and Violet Connolly.
She is survived by: her children, Harold Smith (Sherri) of Parkersburg, Heather Heckert (Scot) of Parkersburg and Courtney Smith (Brian) of Desloge, MO; her grandchildren, Cayleigh, Bradley (Danielle), Zachery, Michaela (Scott), Hunter (Brie), Dylan, Dakota, Blaine and Addison; her great grandchildren, Bayleigh, Jaxon, Connor, Owen, Tanner, Cohen, Jameson, Avery, Hadley, Beckham, Hendrix and Bryson; and her siblings, Patricia Dooley and Brad McNeill. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
