She was predeceased by: her parents, I. O. "Mac" McCoy and Audrey McCoy (Fox); her brothers, Dana McCoy and Byron McCoy; and her brothers-in-law, Ron Orr and John Krawsczyn.
She is survived by: her daughter Stacey Shepherd (Michael); her grandsons, Morgan Shepherd and Mason Shepherd of Coolville, OH; and her sisters, Julia Cochran (Les) of Washington, WV, Edna Orr of Chantilly, VA and Celia McCoy of Pomeroy, OH. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to the Humane Society of Parkersburg to support a cause that was dear to her heart.
