She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard "Red" Rhoades and Ruth Shadel Rhoades of West Unity; her grandparents, William, Bertha Brooks Rhoades, Perley and Sylvis Schankin Shadel; her sister Ann; her brother-in-law Jerry Masten; her brother Jimmy Rhoades; her in-laws, Dick and Betty Davis; and her son-in-law Jack Mitchell, Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Ralph; her children, Lisa Lockhart (Ed), Angela Mitchell and Rick Davis; her brother Bill Rhoades (Luwana); her siblings-in-law, Linda Nelson (Lonnie) and Richard Davis; and her grandchildren, Trenton, Riss Lockhart, Hunter, Logan and Landon Davis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions can be made to PHS Class of 1967, Beechwood Presbyterian Church, and One Church of Parkersburg.
