We are sad to announce that on February 16, 2024, at the age of 61, Jo Beth Allender of Parkersburg, West Virginia, born in Knob Noster, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Franklin Allender and Janet Marie Smith Allender; and her brothers, Jeff and Joe Allender. She is survived by : her husband Donald Hornbeck; her stepdaughter Natasha Richards of Parkersburg; and her nephew Nick Stephens of Cleveland. She is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
