It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo J. Hall of Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on September 27, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Franklin and Ivy Belle Gains; her siblings, Bob Gains, Jim Gains, Wayne Gains and Wilma Hall; and her sister-in-law Sharon Gains.
She is survived by: her husband Dwight Hall; her children, David D. Hall, Michael Hall (Mindy) and Tammy L. Byers (Mark); her grandsons, Cody Hall, David Hall and Christopher Hall; her siblings, Fred Gains and Linda Wagner; and her sister-in-law Dottie Gains.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Sunset Memory Gardens (1934 Dupont Rd, Parkersburg, WV 26101).
