He is survived by : his parents, David Earl and Barbara Joan Rhodes Halbert; his wife Debbie Lea Ferrell Halbert; his daughters, Amber Nelson (Rodney) of Parkersburg, Heather Gordy (Caleb) of Arizona and Faith Halbert of Parkersburg; his stepsons, Clayton Stephens (Heaven) and Michael Hensley (Kyrie); his brothers, Tim Halbert (Cindy) of Parkersburg and Robert Halbert (Onelio) of Washington, D. C.; his grandchildren, Cayden Nelson, Titus Nelson and Fenton Halbert; and his stepgrandchildren, Levi, Asher, Chevelle, Colton Stephens, Lillie, Drake and Maverick Hensley. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
