She was predeceased by: her parents, Gay Kerby and Clara Keller Kerby; her husband Charles Vincent Carr; and her brothers, Cleo, Virgil, Harley and Troy Kerby.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Young (Bert), Michael Carr (Marlene) of Mineral Wells, WV and Roger Carr (Tina) of Waverly; her grandchildren, Stefanie Pruden (Patrick), Chris Kimes, Jeffrey Carr (Darcy) and Amy Bell; her great grandchildren, Madison, Aaliyah, Hayley, Colton and Remington; and her friend Jeannie Crites (Gene) of Mineral Wells.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Leavitt Funeral Home (403 7th St, Parkersburg, WV 26101). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery South.
