He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dowler and Ruth Friend Dowler; and his siblings, Jimmy Kenny, Rick and Patsey.
He is survived by: his sisters, Marilyn Kay Sprouse, Connie Braniff, Brenda Walker, Tina Morehead and Tammy Dowler; and his niece Missy Dowler.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Funeral Home (1934 Dupont Rd, Parkersburg, WV 26101).
