He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Bailey and Cora Bailey; his wife Winsome Colby Bailey; his daughter-in-law Barbara Bailey; his son Gregory Bailey; and his grandfather Poppy.
He is survived by: his son Jonathan; his grandchildren, Robert, Jason, Jordan (Sarah) and Derek; and his great grandchildren, Amber (Hunter Cline), Isabella, Taylor, Colby, Christian, Nicholas, Peter, Gus, Betty, Rose and Bill.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 26th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Leavitt Funeral Services and Crematory - Parkersburg (403 7th St, Parkersburg, WV 26101). Viewing will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Andrew's United Methodist Church (1210 20th St, Parkersburg, WV 26101). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Andrew's United Methodist Church (1210 20th St, Parkersburg, WV 26101).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Salvation Army of Parkersburg and Saint Andrew's United Methodist.
