He is survived by: his children, Robbie Blake, Michele Coleman and Saundra Burrows; and his siblings, Carolyn Lockhart, Debbie Baker, Carole Banning, Clarence Johnson, Mike Johnson David Blake, Robbie Blake, Randy Blake and Tim Blake.
