He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Dexter and Wilda "Billie" Dexter (Reynolds); and his sisters, Janet Luzader and Betty McGirr. He is survived by: his wife Regina Ann Dexter (Burdette); his children, Dr. Jeffrey Dexter (Holly) of Marietta, OH and Robin Ambrozy (John) of Belpre, OH; his stepchildren, David Romine (Pam) and Michelle West (Matt); his grandchildren, Carli Dexter, Evan Dexter (Kendall), Clayton Dexter, Daniel Ambrozy (Carrie), Julia Miller (Zachary), Zack Romine (Staci), Luke West, Gabrielle West and Silas West; and his great grandchildren, Saylor and Kinley.
