We are sad to announce that, on January 10, 2026, at the age of 95, Ralph E Ringer of Parkersburg, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Ralph leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Ralph may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Ringer and Shelma Ringer (Day); his wife Virginia Ringer (Bonnell); his sister Lois Ringer; and his grandchildren, Kassandra Ringer and Cameron Ringer.

He is survived by: his children, Becky Cook (Carl) of Vienna, WV and Dwight Ringer (Katie Kovarik) of Atlanta, GA; his granddaughter Karri Cook Williams (Matt) of Cambridge, OH; and his great grandchild Henry Williams of Cambridge, OH..

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Humane Society of Parkersburg P.O. Box 392 Parkersburg, WV 26102.
