Boyd and Amber Boyd of Athens, OH; his stepchildren, Samantha and Spencer; his grandchildren, Andra'lee Davis, Lei'la Boyd Powell, Lei'am Boyd and Benjamin Boyd; and his siblings, Trena M. Cook of Belpre, Sara R. Kiser (Justin) and John David Cook of Washington, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many friends.
