He was predeceased by: his father Robert Lowe; and his grandparents, Bob and Gayle Lowe. He is survived by: his mother Cindy Lowe of Elizabeth, WV; his wife Wendy Lowe; his sister Kristina Lowe (James McChesney); and his uncle Richard Lowe.
